This is such a great event. A real cowboy campfire and cookout is a great way to experience the great outdoors, all while having fun and attempting to stay in character. I'm interested in what is going on in the cooking demo, possibly a chili of some kind? I like the dessert option as well; a cowboy like me always has room in his belly for s'mores.
